Prof. Dr. Udo Bechtloff and Karsten Müller elected by stockholders
On December 16, 2015 the general meeting of stockholders of 3D-Micromac AG elected two new members to the board of directors.
Effective immediately Prof. Dr. Udo Bechtloff, chairman of the management board and stockholder of KSG Leiterplatten GmbH, Gornsdorf/Saxony, and Karsten Müller, divisional director of “holdings” of the Family Office Bank Marcard, Stein & Co. AG, will take up their duties in this body.
Tino Petsch, principle stockholder and CEO of 3D-Micromac AG hails the new members: “I’m pleased to say that with the successful acquisition of Prof. Bechtloff and Mr. Müller, we have joining us two experienced personalities, whose expertise in industry and economy will be a strong support for our current growth course.”
