3D-Micromac extends presence in North America

3D-Micromac AG, the industry leader in laser micromachining and roll-to-roll laser systems for the photovoltaic, medical device and electronics markets, has extended its distribution network within the North American continent.

Edge Scientific provides researchers and facilities with the expertise and equipment to customize their systems by integrating product lines for nanotechnology applications. Edge Scientific is based in Ottawa (Canada) and will bring microPREP™ PRO to the Canadian market.

elementPi distributes Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM) along with a variety accessories for microscopy sample preparation accessories all over the US. Main offices and a product demonstration lab are located near Portland, Oregon.

With Rave Scientific 3D-Micromac has obtained a partner that has specialized in the distribution of innovative solutions in the field of electron, light and atomic force microscopy and the necessary supplies. The Rave Scientific team, which is located in New Jersey, will cover the North East and Central Atlantic region of the United States (Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Washington DC).

All three new partners will mainly distribute 3D-Micromac’s microPREP™ PRO system that provides efficient laser sample preparation for microstructure and failure diagnostics.
