Change in Management of 3D-Micromac America, LLC

Chemnitz, Germany, March, 24, 2023—Brian Hoekstra has withdrawn from his position as 3D-Micromac America, LLC manager by March 15, 2023. After nine years of influencing and shaping 3D-Micromac’s development, especially in the US market, he is returning from his managerial duties to his role as one of 3D-Micromac AG’s investors.

Uwe Wagner, CEO of 3D-Micromac AG, retains overall responsibility for the American branch. “As this connects 3D-Micromac America, LLC, even closer to the support structures of the German headquarters, our US customers will benefit more directly from 3D-Micromac AG’s comprehensive capabilities”, states the head of 3D-Micromac AG.

For 3D-Micromac’s US-based customers, everyday business mostly stays the same: As before, Daniel Weber, Area Sales Manager for the US market, remains the primary contact for all inquiries regarding 3D-Micromac’s laser micromachining solutions for the US market.

He is supported by Joshua Stearns, who is mainly in charge of the east coast business. Likewise, the service team around Operations Manager Christian Wolf continues to be available directly on-site as in the past.
