From 29 September to 4 October 2024, we will present our latest product highlights for SiC manufacturing at ICSCRM 2024 in Raleigh, North Carolina (USA). Starting in 2023, the two traditionally separated ICSCRM and ECSCRM conferences have merged into a single event that gathers the world’s foremost experts and leading companies working on Silicon Carbide and related topics. Since the first meeting held in Washington, DC, in 1987, ICSCRM has become the premier international forum for technical discussions on all aspects of Silicon Carbide and Related Materials, with an annual attendance exceeding 700 engineers, scientists, and students. The conference location is rotating, on a yearly basis, among Japan, North America, Europe, and other areas.
