On June 4th and 5th, 2024, we will present our microPREP PRO system for sample preparation at the 11th CAM-Workshop in Halle.

The CAM-Workshop brings together experts from the electronics industry and manufacturers of material diagnostic devices. The aim is to discuss challenges, innovative solutions, and future requirements in failure analysis and material characterization of electronic devices, sensors, and systems.
