Visit 3D-Micromac at the Display Week in San Jose!

Hosted by the Society for Information Display (SID), this is the 60th International Display Week Symposium, Seminar & Exhibition.

Meet us at the German Pavillon and learn more about our laser processing solutions for MicroLED production. That includes our microMIRA Laser Lift-Off (LLO) system for separating the finished microLEDs from the sapphire growth wafer. Another industry-approved laser solution is the microCETI, a Laser-Induced Forward Transfer (LIFT) system, for moving the devices from the donor substrate to the display substrate.

Moreover, our microPOLAR laser processing system provides laser-based cutting solutions for separating high-refractive-index glass wafers for augmented reality goggles.
